Student Event - Berwick Campus - Berwick courtyard (between Building A & B)
As part of Respect and Equality Week, Chisholm Institute (Student Support and Engagement, Student Life and Safer Communities collaborative effort) will be running a pop-up event encouraging students to share their thoughts on what respect means to them. This event will be focused on raising awareness among students of the avenues available to report any incidents on campus, in line with primary prevention goals.
The event will include a Student Voice piece, asking students to answer the question “what does respect mean to you?”. Answers will be collated in a social media style video, which can then be used as collateral for other primary prevention initiatives such as respectful relationships education and Safer Communities promotion. Student participation will be encouraged with entry into a 2 x $100 gift card prize draw, and Chisholm branded merchandise being made available to all participants.
Come along and meet the student support team, and our external partners from Our Watch and Women’s Health in the South East (WHISE).
See you there!
